VITALITY - Breathwork

Vitality is a 75-minute breathwork class designed to support and strengthen your respiratory and cardiovascular systems while increasing overall energy and resilience.

We’ll begin with a short educational segment to help you better understand how your breath directly impacts heart health, oxygen efficiency, and nervous system regulation. From there, you’ll be guided through a series of intentional breathing techniques designed to improve lung capacity, circulation, and vitality in the body.

This class is both practical and experiential—giving you tools you can use daily, while also allowing you to feel the immediate effects of conscious breathing in real time.
