What to expect

This 90-min experience combines conscious connection practices that will bring you closer to your loved one and a special breathwork journey that bring you closer to your own self.

Here is the break down:

• Introduction to techniques & practices
• Sacred connection practices (seated)
• Sacred breath journey (laying down)
• Reconnection
• Integration & shares
• Closing the space w/ tea & chocolate

You will have the option to do a private single-date with just you and your loved one or to do a double-date with another couple of your choice.

What you'll need to bring:

• Yoga mat or sleeping pad (for comfort)
• Blankets (we will have extras if needed)
• Pillows
• Cushions (we will provide some if needed)
• Journal (optional but nice to have)
