1:1 Breathwork Experience

This a 90-min experiential breathwork session to help you reduce stress, build resilience and elevate your emotional state.

We will spend the first portion of the session covering techniques, theory, potential experiences and answering any questions you may have.

In the second portion of the session, we will put it all into a practice that will be catered to your specific needs and intentions. We will combine a variety of breath techniques with intentionally curated music, which will help you leave the session in a blissful state.

Preparing for your first session:

- Set up a quiet space where you can sit and lay down comfortably on the floor.

- Have a pillow and blanket handy

- Wear comfortable clothing

- Bring a journal (optional)
